Gio De La Rosa The PR Voyager

Gio has been a Voyager since day 1. After following each other on instagram for several years, I got a chance to meet him and spend a lot of time with him in France 2024. The one thing I love about foiling and especially downwind foiling is that the process is so humbling, when you cross paths with other passionate downwind enthusiasts they turn out to be great humans as well. Meet Gio, hear his story as he continues to explore and discover the waters of Puerto Rico and what he has learned over the years plotting and charting uncharted waters and zones. I always tip my hats off to folks like him whom endure the process solo. In Hawaii we had several peers and foilers to struggle with or use as resources so the learning process was not as daunting mentally. But for scenarios like Gio, they come out on the other end as studs, soldiers and proper Voyagers. Aloha
